I think it’s pretty unlikely Ali is back. Prager much better shot as a sophomore, though that one still feels like a coin flip. I haven’t seen enough of Kent to really judge whether he has the chops to handle SS, but we will need middle infielders out of the portal regardless whether he sticks around.

In the Pros, sure, but that needs to be the norm in college. We had 8 regulars above .900. Our team OPS was .958 last year.

What I’m shocked by is learning that pretty much every single player despised Schoss, I guess I always thought he was a players coach. Our little brother, running around telling everyone they were going to take all our players has certainly been something to laugh at now that we’ve learned that the whole team despised him

They despised both Weiner and Schloss. I was surprised to learn that, though maybe I shouldn't have been. Only one player followed him from TCU.

We will be much better than Texas for sure. And we will be better in many ways. The pitching will be deeper, the offense will still be good. And we will have a coach that the players actually enjoy playing for.
