They just keep investing all that money into baseball and not the actual money maker sports

The "last sport they should spend money on" is women's basketball. It's the biggest budget drain in most athletic departments.

Baseball is a fun sport to watch and this is a great hire. But it’s a bad investment when compared to everything else your AD needs.

State has made some impressive hires recently. Mike Leach for football, Ben Howland for basketball, and Brian O'Connor for baseball. Those are really big names in their respective sports.

The state of Mississippi alone is projected to bring in 25 million dollars this weekend from yall and Southern hosting.
