Yes, I’m terrified of the online poster who un-ironically misspells words while challenging me to an arbitrary vocabulary quiz to prove his intelligence once and for all.
I’m shaking.

Tell you what. How about the opinions of the players/coaches in the game?
After the Crimson Tide's 33-18 loss at the hands of Georgia in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game, quarterback Bryce Young and outside linebacker Will Anderson Jr. placed the majority of the blame on themselves. For Young in particular, he placed all the blame on himself.
So Anderson and young both said they were to blame, not injuries.
Bama Central
And from Saban:
"I love Kirby," Saban said. "I think Kirby has a lot of respect for us. He did a great job for us for a long time. If we had to lose a national championship, I'd rather lose one to one of the former assistants who certainly did a great job for us."
Saban also didn’t make excuses for losing star receiver Jameson Williams, who left the game with a knee injury after a 40-yard reception in the second quarter.
So, nobody but people trying to sell newspapaers and get clicks blamed the injuries for the loss.
Oh. And Bucl.

Now that is funny. LSU is not a top 10 program ALL Times. Maybe this century but that's it.
Maybe top 10 this century she says… get back in the kitchen darling

Buckeyes haven’t even won a single game against LSU this century and you want to pretend they’re a better program. Please remind us all of the H2H series count so far this century and provide us with the NC count this century while you’re at it too

LSU is arguably the 2nd best program in football since 2000. 3 national titles and 4 appearances. 2nd most behind Bama. Don’t know the exact winning percent but it’s gotta be in the top 6 or 7 in Power 5 behind only Georgia, Bama, Ohio State, Oklahoma and maybe a couple others…

Keep running. This is a good lesson for you. When you try to elevate yourself by calling people idiots and mouth breathers you risk putting yourself in the embarrassing position you now find yourself.

You post articles from ESPN to serve as an annotated bibliography and un-ironically misspell words when challenging a stranger online to a vocabulary quiz. I fail to see how I am embarrassed in this situation but more power to you.

I also find it incredibly ironic you’ve taken a position of lesson giving when you’ve been making excuses as to why your team lost a game 2 years ago. It appears as if you should take the lesson you are imparting on others and face reality instead of “running.”
Until then, good luck to you and may God have mercy on your poor soul.

Did they say the outcome would have been the same without the injuries? No. Did Saban? No.

I'm not making excuses. Georgia won. I'm discussing why they won.

Ohio State could have beaten everyone on Georgia's schedule last season.
And Georgia could have beaten every team on Ohio State's schedule including Michigan.
But on the field you lost to Georgia and Michigan on your own turf.
In reality you lost to the only two high quality teams that you faced, you didn't make it the Lucas Stadium championship either, and then ended up backing into the playoffs after USC tanked.

So your team overall wasn’t good enough, is what you’re saying. Bama not playing without its best players in championship games is nothing new.
Bc Bama lost their leading receiver and returner Marquize Maze in the 2011 National Championship against LSU, but still overall were better than LSU - despite losing its top receiver - and won the national title.
And Bama played the national title in 2020 without the best offensive lineman in the country - let alone it’s best offensive linemen on the team - and still beat the living piss out of Ohio State in the title game bc they were better OVERALL even without the best linemen in the country.
And Bama beat Texas in the 2009 national championship game with Texas losing its 4 year starter All American Heisman finalist QB. The backup QB would have 5 turnovers and complete 37% of its passes. And with 3 mins left in the game and only trailing by 3 points - it’s probably safe to assume if Texas had a better back up QB they could have won the game. But they didn’t. Because their team OVERALL wasn’t better than Alabamas.
So it appears as if your logic for Bama winning doesn’t apply to when it loses. Bc if Bama OVERALL, was a Better team, they would’ve won the game, despite injuries to its major players, like how they’ve won multiple national titles without their best players year in and year out.

Yes, without 7 starters Bama wasn't good enough. They were good enough a month earlier when they didn't have that many starters out.

I drove this road before and didn’t crash the car. But this time, I crashed my car bc the road was icy. If I had been a better overall driver, or if the road wasn’t icy, I wouldn’t have crashed the car. But the road was icy, and I wasn’t a better driver, so I crashed the car. No one cares though. The result is the result. I crashed the car. “7 starters out” lmao
Good luck with your pussy excuse made life, sir. If reasoning like that brings you closure then so be it but unfortunately that’s not life. Guess your injured players didn’t matter when you won those other games. Lmao Good luck.

I said they were top 10 this century. So calm down.
Ohio State has more wins this century and major bowls. It is the number 2 program this century.

You're so emotionally invested in this and it doesn't even involve your team.

They’re pretty close to be fair. I’d take 3 national titles over 2 and a slightly better win percentage any day though. You play the game to win championships. Not to win the Fiesta Bowl. When you are a top tier program it’s championship or bust.
Also LSU plays in a conference where the national champion has resided in 17 out of 24 times this millennia. Ohio State’s conference has never had anyone even play for a title other than Ohio State in the 21st century. So their schedule is objectively easier on a macro scale.

Chirp now. OU will be no better than mid tier in the SEC.

I can’t stand weak men who make excuses. I think they are a blight on society so I picked this to be an example of you. I’d eradicate people this weak from society if I could.
I’ve also found that whenever anyone on this board can’t intelligently refute what I’m saying they usually revert to telling me “why do you care so much” lol. Seems that losers have a common theme.
