Zero doubt about this.

Michigan was the best team in my eyes in 1997.

They were lucky just to get a split. Ohio state was lucky for a ref mistake and major injury in 2002, and some say OSU shouldn’t even have been invited to the 2014 playoff.

Ohio State has made mistakes. Hopefully, Coach Day will correct those. We have a very talented team this upcoming season. Probably the most of anyone. If the coaches make the adjustments that are needed, we can beat Michigan and Alabama who will win the SEC.

Day fired DC Coombs after the ‘21 Michigan loss & hired Knowles. But the Buckeyes’ “revenge game” this year — at home — failed miserably & just reinforced the idea that Ohio State is soft.

Same with the Peach Bowl, Buckeyes looked good … for 3 Qs. Then GA kicked their arse in the 4th.

Fact: the Buckeyes are a soft team. And against quality opponents, with Day at the helm & Knowles as DC, folding in the 4th is now the Buckeye standard.

2023 y’all ain’t beating anybody with a heartbeat. Not with that patchwork OL & that QB downgrade McCord. It’ll be 3 losses in a row to Michigan & bye-bye Day.

Ain't you guys one to talk? The only reason you won it the first time was because of all the injuries the Alabama team had. The Tide waxed you at full strength a month prior.

9 to 8 by your counting method. Ohio State only has 5 consensus NC and only 2 of those since the 1960’s.

Just be glad it hasn’t been a requirement for OSU to play an SEC team to win the NC or you might have 1 or 2.

Ohio State has as many as all your Jarbroni schools have combined.

That’s just patently false.

What isn’t false:

OSU is 0-2 vs UGA
OSU has 3 wins against the SEC since the 1930’s
Georgia has a better winning percentage against the Big 10 than Ohio State.
Georgia doesn’t have a losing record to Michigan.

That's all sweet but THE Ohio State has 3 x times as many national titles as Georgia.

Safe to assume you have only been alive for 2 of them, which is less than UGA, LSU, and UF.

Why would that matter? They won them, that's all that matters to me.

Have you been around for all 3 of Georgia's? Do Georgia fans now dickride LSU and Florida?

Half of your national titles are shared. Three of them with SEC or soon-to-be SEC teams.

Your 1954 national title distinction is shared with UCLA
Your 1957 national title distinction is shared with AUBURN
Your 1961 national title distinction is shared with ALABAMA
Your 1970 national title distinction is shared with Nebraska & TEXAS

What a joke. Keep thumping your chest.
