They are.

AU had their little packet years ago that led to nothing because there was nothing. If Bama was giving players cars they would not be able to process them without the players retaliating.

Come on man, Auburn has one of the best compliance departments in the country. Y'all have a hard arse heading up your compliance at AU. They cover all their bases just like the rest of us.

That is a 2013 or older Charger. Not the 2014 or newer body style, can be had for $20,000.

Love how we don't even know whether or not that's even his car and people in here are all ready to burn Tuscaloosa for a used car.

He's at Bama. He could literally have captioned that it "thanks for the car REC" and the NCAA response would be to look for more shite on Ole Miss.

Don't bring that logic in here bro. No one wants to hear that. They want to flame, and troll, and excuse make for why things are the way they are on the field. Refs, SEC office, REC, Scheduling, Ritter, etc hasn't made them feel better yet. Give them this hope.

Don't all players get stipends? Isn't that what the comparisons were last year about how much each school paid in stipends per player?

If a player gets the stipend and then eats free in a cafeteria, watches expenses, etc., they can make a car payment. I'm sure financing is easy because of who they are.

My last year of college, I had enough left over in Pell Grant and loans that I bought a new vehicle. My dad had to co-sign but nevertheless.

My daughter is buddies with several players and she says that's what they do.

Chargers are cheap & payments are little to nothing.

Pretty stock charger. Bama should be glad it was broke arse LSU they were going up against, and not AU. Would have at least had to add rims.

LSU, Bama... Who cares? The school doesn't make a difference. Don't be so naive, this is happening at every school for every player with a few stars beside their names. ( And it doesn't have much to do with Alabama's success )

Like the ones AJ McCarron and some of the others had that were "provided" to them by that store in Mobile?

FWIW, this is against NCAA rules

You didn't read correctly my friend. There is no NCAA rule against buying a car you can't afford. Mis-reading is understandable considering your AU ties.

They've got hiding/masquerading their recruiting incentives down to a perfect science.

I wonder if you'll be so "it's ok they are fiscally stupid with their stipends so they can cruise around in a Dodge Charger" when your daughter brings one of them home as her future baby daddy needing support.
