I know they were missing their quarterback and some other key players but that was a pretty dismal performance against an Auburn team in the beginning stages of a total rebuild.

I know they promoted from within maybe to keep some continuity in the program after the passing of Mike Leach, but he changed their whole offense and now they are much worse than they were last year. I know it’s his first year, but it’s not like the previous coach was fired because the team was so bad the year before.

And he seems to have intentionally done quite the opposite.
Embrace the suck.

Can’t blame them for hiring within under the circumstances. They just hired the wrong one.

Chadwell, Sumrall or Kenny Dillingham would work out nicely there once they pull the band aid off.

Had high hopes for him too. He’s completely shite the bed though.

I think they give him until the end of next season. They look like a JV team out there

It should be. He’s not going to get a team full of seasoned seniors coached up by a seasoned coached next year.

Moo U should consider moving on. They are not a very good team and Arnett doesn’t seem like head coaching material. It’s year one though and he took over a tough situation.

It will never happen but they consider hiring back Dan Mullen
