I gotta agree with this. We got big dogs with questions, we got new super Playcallers, and mid pack teams with some of the best skill players.

Will aTm continue to disappoint or will another team collapse?

According to the 247 Composite they are among the Top 5 most talented rosters in all of college football.

I think UGA is the cream of the crop.......depending on their QB play.

I do think the West is up for grabs for LSU. I still think it's only a two-team race for the West.

Bad QB play can doom an otherwise really good team and right now, that is a question mark for UGA.

Based on his performance against top 25 opponents?

What are you basing tye bad QB play off of? Hope?

The West is wide open although I think LSU pretty clearly should be the favorite. Defending division champions returning basically the entire offense and the main star power on defense. But LSU is obviously quite beatable and several teams are talented and/or experienced enough to make a run.

The East is locked shut until proven otherwise

LSU will take Georgia out in the SECCG this year as everything reverts back to the norm.

I don't think there is a clear top dog in the SEC

At this point it’s UGA until someone proves otherwise.

Bama

I think they are in the decline. But their standard is so high, just winning the west is considered decline. Would not surprise me if they ended up in Atlanta

LSU

Team on the rise. Think over the next 5-7 years it will be LSU and UGA battling for the top spot in the SEC

quote:

Ole Miss,

Nope. They don’t have it. And even if they were good enough, Lane will make enough boneheaded in game decisions to derail the whole thing.

quote:

Arkansas

Don’t see it. They are good enough to ruin someone else’s season but not good enough to really compete for the SEC title.

UGA could play 2023 with a point guard at QB and roll through the regular season.

I believe you but I think says more about your schedule than your team.

That’s said, UGA is clearly the top of the league until someone dethrones them.

There are maybe four teams that can win the SEC this year: Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Texas A&M.

Remove aTm from that list and you are right.

Not sure how they keep getting this kind of love when they fail over and over and over.

Sure, it MIGHT, happen but it would be an upset at this point

A&M shouldn’t have been ranked as high as they were last preseason. Anyone with a brain knew that. They were going into the season unsure of who starting QB was going to be, lost a lot of good players to draft, graduation, etc. But, I expect them to be a good team this year. They have their guy now in QB Connor Weigman. If they play like they did at end of season against LSU last year when he was the starter, I expect them to win 9-10 games. My kid will be a freshman at A&M this year. It’s now my second favorite team.

Agreed. Serreneaux is bad, but he's no LSUstephen17.
