Is this Buzz Williams ceiling at A&M?

Top 20ish regular season, round of 32? He's been past the first weekend one time since he left Marquette.

His lone elite eight run was in 2013 which was the 3rd straight sweet 16 team.
I could see him making the sweet 16 at A&M but typically speaking his backcourts don't shoot so well but if he had a guard get hot at the right time they could get dangerous but it will be the exception not the norm.

Probably, but they need to keep him. He'll consistently get them to the tourney.

We are rebuilding next year. We are losing 8 seniors.
I think he can get the elite 8. But he needs to change offensive strategy.
Defense and second half adjustment are not a problem.

He's consistently good. Not great but much better than most.

He’s good. Program is stable/competitive. If you fire him for “better”, you’re going to overspend which would fit right in at aNm. His teams play good defense but offense is pretty meh. Needs to bring in someone to assist him in that regard

He should have stayed at Marquette and waited for a better job.

His defense doesn't ever seem to be a problem. Losing 8 seniors is going to be painful. Hopefully he hits the transfer portal hard.

These days, everybody rebuilds every year. Hell, UK and Arkansas lost virtually every single player and both made the Sweet 16.
