In overpayment after a 10 win season? Could you imagine how awkward that conversation would be with your head coach? I think most SEC teams would’ve just made it a bonus but if you did get it back it would be on the end of the contract.

10 win seasons are expected at LSU gumptard.

Even beating Saybun is not that big a deal these days.

I knew LSU was broke but I didn’t realize y’all were so damn poor you had to ask your coach for money back. Lol
Good luck with NIL.

We didn't ask him for the money back idiot.

We told him 10 wins are expected and beating Saybun is no big deal these days.

Umm yes you did. He is having his salary reduced monthly this year for your broke arse school can get it all back before the end of the year

LSU management and the head football coach have enacted an adjusted payment schedule so the amount of overpayment will be recouped by the conclusion of fiscal year 2023

If it's a public school you kind of have to. It's the state's money and a million is a lot.

Uhhh, no! The Alabama administration would call it a happy accident!

Now, at this point, the A&M administration might try to prosecute Jimbo Fisher for theft.

A very small amount of the salary is paid by the school. The rest, at most universities, is paid by a booster club. So no you don’t have to recoup it.
I guarantee you this is the first school in the SEC that has overpaid their coach but this is the first time we’ve ever heard about it because no other school would ask a coach they want to keep for that money back. This is the most trailer trash shite I’ve ever heard of a team doing.

They might be expected but they sure don't happen very often.

Every school in the SEC has a former student athlete who has committed horrible crimes.
Only one SEC school is too broke to let their best coach keep 1 million dollars extra after a surprising first season.
Hell I can’t even remember the last SEC school that didn’t give their coach a contract extension after making it to the SEC championship game.

You seem to celebrate being fiscally irresponsible.

How poor are you?

You’re such a limp wristed pussy, you have to attest that you’re a man within your username.

Maybe your boyfriend will let you borrow your nuts this weekend.

Maybe, but 15 win seasons sure do happen more often at LSU than bama.
