Ole Miss and MSU have both been ranked in the CFP top 4 at some point the last 10 years. And Ole Miss has beaten Bama twice, something UGA can not claim. So a better question is the East proud to have UGA as their standard bearer ?

Georgia has beaten alabama 25 times. Only 1 team in the west has beaten alabama more than that.
What were you saying about Ole Miss? 11 times is less than 25.
