Honestly, where would Bama be with ga's schedule? Ole Miss? aTm, AU, fla, MSU?

This is so weird to me. Bama lost to A&M. It’s not like y’all lost to Ohio State or Oklahoma or some elite team. You lost to a two loss A&M team.

Bama still has a TON of talent, and I would not be surprised to see them beat Georgia, but dismissing Georgia’s schedule doesn’t make a whole lot of sense when you struggled with Florida and lost to A&M. I’ll even give you that we struggled with a bad Clemson team. That Clemson team probably isn’t that much worse than Florida or A&M though.

It may be the best of the decade. We'll see.

However, I think the old saying
"defense wins championships" is outdated.

They can't shut down every offense they face.

It's all about the offense now. UGA's offense is
a little bit above average.

It’s easily a top 10 offense in football

Alabama fans need to show they have been there before…

The new breed acts like football was invented in Tuscaloosa. A minor town in our history’s pathway.

Top 5 in QB efficiency in the country (behind bama).
When you do conference play only, UGA is still 5 but bama drops out.

One thing I have learned over the years as it relates to football is UGA is just the best and the greatest period

I tend to agree by almost any metric honestly, but tbh I don't know what to think when I see that Alabama is top 10 in defensive FEI also lol

UGA's defense makes everyone else's look shitty when in fact those other defenses are still pretty damn good. Why shouldn't Bama be in the top 10 defensively? Who would you replace Bama with in the top 10 for defense?

Well, when you've been the top 1 or 2 for damn near 15 years, dropping to #10 probably does feel pretty bad. Welcome to the flip side of the coin!

Statistically speaking it hasn't felt very much like a top 10 season. I have a feeling it wasn't in the top 10 going into the Miss St game, but there aren't many defenses I'd trade for mainly because talent-wise ours doesn't have many equals. It's just a matter of the personnel actually executing to their ability which, unfortunately, is something much more difficult to predict

Yeah, not that PFF is the end-all-be-all, but I think this says a lot about how player execution is going.

Considering all UGA and Bama defenders that have played more than 100 snaps on the year, there are a total of 19 guys that have a PFF grade greater than 70.

Only 5 play for the Tide.

The rest (14) play for the Dawgs.
