We've been over the "best ever" debate a thousand times. Let's avoid that again for now.
Can we think of a more exciting player in CFB history than JFF?
Has there ever been a more entertaining player to watch when your team isn't facing him?

i mean yea. think about over 100 years of football. yes im sure there has been a player as exciting as JFF. one reason he gets so much attention is because he craves it and goes out of his way for it

Tebow, Newton, Moreno just the first couple that come to mind

all the sports shows I watched last night mentioned his 5 TD's and not his 3 INT's but when they mentioned the other names in the Heisman race they mentioned the good and the bad. But yes he is a high light reel waiting to happen. Best keep him healthy. Corn dogs are going to blood after Bama dominated them in second half.

we get it, we get it. You guys aren't getting enough attention today.

How does he "go out of his way" to get attention when he's playing?
Do you really think when he's dropping back he says to himself "Man, I have a nice read here for a 10 yard gain, but I'll break twitter if I try this shite right here instead"?

Not for me. The only game I cared to watch him play in was the Bama game and against us. I can remember watching Florida vs division II back when Tebow was there...same with Cam.

I'll take boring, Manziel throws it to the other team way to much. He isn't a freshman anymore.

Wouldn't doubt it.

I can't think of one. I used to really enjoy watching players like Deion Sanders, Desmond Howard, and Devin Hester.

So you'd classify his high-risk-high-reward play as boring?
Interesting.

Barry Sanders
He and JFF are the only players I've seen that I consistently gave audible gasps to shite they did on the field.
Yesterday, for instance, the sick jukes on two State linemen and then the completion.
My third is a tie between Vince Young and Cam Newton. Both studs.

All exciting as hell. I guess they don't immediately come to mind since they didn't touch the ball as much.

No I'll take the game manager, something Manziel has never learned to do. He needs to be humbled/learn to walk before he runs.

This.
Barry Sanders is the most exciting player running the ball I have ever seen in the pros. Cam Newton is the most dominate, talented college Quarterback I have ever seen. But top athlete ever belongs to Bo Jackson - hands down the best player I have ever seen.
Not everyone thinks Manziel is the best. Top 5 easily in college football, but not the best to many.

this is the only one that comes to mind.
There are better players at a lot of positions but as far as exciting, Barry Sanders is tops.

I didn't ask the type of QB you prefer, or whether JFF needs to mature.

i have been watching college football back to the early 60's, and i think hands down he is the most exciting player. had he been at lsu we would have won the championship couple years back. i thought by the end of last year a&m were the best team.
