Dooley never won multiple conference titles or had top five recruiting classes. Or beat a major rival etc.
We are way better than where Butch found us and are a couple of epically bad breaks from the record showing it.

This is BS. He will leave a few talented players but he's had what 14 transfers from his first two classes. A New coach will be left with basically the same mess once BJ is fired next year.

As Butch continues to fail at TN, he will be remembered as one of the biggest hype creaters that failed to produce results on the field.
When you hype, hype, hype, hype, you need to show results on the field or people are going to get very angry as they will feel cheated and when you keep making youth excuses and lose games, well, you will eventually get fired.
