DeBoer must do 3 things to turn this runaway train around:

1. Get Milroe out of Tuscaloosa. Either he goes to the NFL or transfers but he must go.

2. Fire entire defensive coaching staff

3. Fire OC.

Regarding Milroe it's starting to look like the NFL is a pipe dream. Since last season I've been saying Milroe needs to transfer to a group of 5 school where he can get more hands-on attention and QB coaching to improve his skills. Bama is too much of a pressure cooker with the highest expectations for someone cosplaying at QB.

I heard he is one of the coaches to be hired as the East Carolina HC. On the plus side he went to East Carolina.

I was going to say Raiders might draft Milroe, but Brady will talk some sense into Mark Davis.

Heard about that. I think he sticks it out a couple more years here and gets a P4 job.

Agree, Milroe needs to go; but also the players on the team that try to dictate who the coaches play. We get these gone, and the whole culture of the team will improve. Get rid of the dividers. If Milroe doesn't leave, next year will be a repeat of this year. Deboer needs to grow balls and tell Milroe to exercise his options but not at Bama.

The OC and DC will be given another year but they are on thin ice. The OC was a very fast hire to replace Grubb.....My fear is Deboer may be clueless as he seems. But his history says otherwise.

Really hope he does all of that, plus slap around some GA's. And do it on camera!

Doubt that happens. DeBoer has never slapped around anyone.

Hope he does leave. We damn sure can’t beat him. And we may be the only ones.

He is gone to the NFL obviously as he projects as a first round pick. I don't get him going that high, but every draft projection says he will.

If for some reason he doesn't, it would be an extremely dumb decision by everyone involved for him to leave. He would be a third year starter and second year starter under the same system. He has a cannon and can run as well as anyone in the country. In all likelihood, its going to click for him big time just like it does with most 2nd or 3rd year starters with his talent.

Or it could be Georgia has a mental block on how to win against Alabama no matter who is the HC.

Let me get this straight…
1. Get rid of the QB that started the season as a leading candidate for the Heisman
2. Fire both the Offensive & Defensive staffs

Only then can Deboser survive at bama.

You’re insane.

Richardson went in the first round last year after a 5-7 season at UF.

Alabama must beat Tennessee with Milroe, it has to happen. It is all that matters.

If he waits three years and develops Bryce Underwood into a Heisman contender, he can surely land lower level SEC HC jobs like Mizzou.
