I've said it before, and I'll say it again.

'10 Arky='09 Ole Miss='03 Auburn.

What's so unbelievable about that?... they've done it in 2007, 2008, and took them to OT in baton rouge in 2009.... the game's in Arkansas...

You speak for your tigers and I'll speak for mine. I'm sorry but the hogs will NOT beat LSU this year. Book it!!!

That's fine... your defense is losing a few starters as well, correct? The backups are probably good, but there could be some dropoff there potentially.

As for your offense and game tested QB... we'll see.

Our d line will be be WAY better this year. LB is the only area of concern but we have some good prospects and John chavis is a great LB coach. Sounds like an aubbie has a lil butthurt from the recent lsu beatings.

We finally have a game tested experienced SEC QB. Say what you will but his stats are pretty good. And now he will have a bigger and more driven OL blocking for him. We added Billy g. And I think that will put our receivers in sync. We lost charles Scott which I think was hindrance because he didn't fit our offense very well. I think you'll be surprsed at our production this year.

Arkansas is also supposed to be improved at every position on the field.

Mallett with a year in the SEC
Improved Running Backs
Improved O Line
WR's are even better
DJ Williams is still on the team
Improved D Line
LB's are a question mark
D Backs weren't getting burnt every play at the end of the year, so that's improvement.
The incoming kicker is supposedly not a lock to miss outside of 35 yds.

So, while LSU may be improved, so is Arkansas, so I don't see how you can say "book it." What have the last 6 games been decided by? Something like 12 points or somewhere around that. I'm not saying that Arkansas is going to be some great team next year, but any team saying that it is a lock win is either a homer or a retard. Other than maybe Vanderbilt, there is currently no such thing as a "book it" win in the SEC.

You mean besides LSU's improved offense and stout defense? Arkansas has no defense and no where near the talent of LSU

The hogs will be very good. If we could have our 06 defense with this offense we would be picked to win the west. But reality is that we don't.

We lose to Auburn and Alabama.

No way in frick they beat Bama, and hopefully we'll exorcise some demons in JHS this year.

I'm more worried about the Georgia game than LSU.

Exactly.

But you guys are right. Arkansas is going to be pretty horrible this year. Feel free to overlook us and focus on your games the following weeks.

'10 Arky's defense will suck balls most likely. The comparison isn't accurate - Ole Miss was rated higher going into 09 on average about 10 spots higher than Arky will be in '10.

At least that Harris guy is gone from their secondary.

It's '09 Ole Miss. And I hope they are the same because we're gonna need that SEC west victory. They're offense will be better. They're defense will be worse.
