Once cheating became “legal” and we got an AD that got all the good ole boys in line, we made some pretty strong moves.
Carter got HUGE backlash from the old boosters when he went after Kiffin instead of promoting Mike fricking McIntyre. A bunch of them threatened to pull donations and he basically told them “shut the frick up, get in line or get the frick out” and they all fell in line.

I would expect them to continue to succeed in football and women's basketball. If you look at their portal recruiting that is where they are succeeding. Beard pooped the bed in the portal after a big raise and they can't afford to fire Bianco without him retiring.

Ole Miss had the talent to make the playoffs last year and didn't. That tells me LK is the problem.
He's amusing. He makes funny tweets. But he's not the guy to get OM to the NC.
We don't have to worry about OM having too much success.

Well, the closest he was to getting fired was 2022. If we didn’t make the NCAA tournament (or even make it out of the regionals) he was going to be fired. Then his arse decided to coach the best he ever has and win a fricking national title

I thought he was going to get fired around 2012-2013. He got a ton of mileage out of that 2014 CWS appearance.

This is true. We were all of course very happy when we won the natty in 2022, but it feels like he's been on the hot seat every 2-3 years for the past 12 years

Our basketball class has a composite ranking of #14.
Bianco has just 1 year left on his contract and we can easily afford to buy him out.

You have Dia and Scott but your guard play is booty. Beard struck out on every good guard he tried to get. (Haggerty, Isaacs, Sellers, Claude...etc)
