The OPD officer said he was working at the stadium and there was no assault in a bathroom and said there was someone in a bathroom that fell and hit their head from being over intoxicated. That's what I was told.

Right. Just saw that. But somehow no one that witnessed it took to social media? No physical reports of an opposing fan being carried out of a stadium on a stretcher?
I’m calling BS on that. People are addicted to their phones and social media. And sports media is addicted to finding stories about possible fans of rivals fighting(which is what the initial report on here was).

And that’s what happened, except according to his father and cousin, Baptist Memorial Hospital said all that was in his Tox screen that was concerning was a large amount of benzodiazepines.

Not game related, but last night when I was in line at concession an lsu fan was brought out on a stretcher with blood coming out of his head and was unconscious. The bathroom had freaking blood everywhere in it. Word around the street is that he was jumped in the bathroom by Ole Miss fans, and is not doing well. Prayers up

My son sat in student section and said the OM fans in stadium were a little more mouthy this year, but not that bad. Outside of stadium, however, was much different. A huge contingent from Memphis was there. Girl in front of him had her ticket stolen out of her hand by three “subjects”. Saw somebody steal a tv from the Grove. His quote was he felt he was in Chicago. Oxford usually has @80k-100k people for game day, apparently there were 300k. Would love to hear the police report from the grove after the game.

Bathrooms were limited already and they shut the lower bathroom down post fight on the away side around halftime. The upper bathroom like stretched the length of midfield to the endzone

was one of the 1st to enter the bathroom with my 10 yr old son after it happened I help tend to him. Completely non-responsive, eyes were open and he was breathing but he was messed up terribly. Chin was busted open severely and he was lying in a giant pool of blood. Applied pressure to his chin while waiting on EMS. Taking pics of the victim would've been entirely inappropriate. Glad I didnt have to do cpr.

It was right after they scored towards the end of the half. Ran to the bathrooms with my son before the mad halftime rush while they were pretty vacant right after they scored. Walked into bathroom and he was sprawled out on floor. A few people were in there but no one was really helping him. A few younger OM fans started to help too, they were equally upset and how shocking the scene was. Someone ran to get ems. If there was security cameras in the concourse they may be able to ID people that went in and out that bathroom during that lull because at that moment it wasnt very busy

I listened to the dispatch call but there weren't any details about it on that call.
So there is your answer mfers, From a reb poster saying the same mfering thing, that I confirmed the bathroom on the second floor on the East side of the stadium is where the incident occurred. The poster that found the kid stated right off the bat, that they went to bathroom before halftime and there was barely anyone around, which is why they went at that time.
Maybe everyone is fricking lying, like I said from beginning I wasn’t there. All I know is that they shut down that bathroom for some reason which is exactly the same thing the reb pickle is suggesting with his crime radar report.
So go call these guys liars and GFY.

Thank you very much as this young man was my son. Would love to be able to tell you thank you and determine if anyone saw what happened. Unfortunately he doesn’t have any recollection from leaving his seat until he work up in the hospital. We do not believe he was beat up and according to tests at hospital was not drunk. He has bumps and bruises along with stitches and staples and a concussion but should make a full recovery. He accepted a beer from a fan sitting near him in the stands that offered to buy one when he went to concession stand and according to hospital toxicology reports the opened can of beer apparently was spiked with a drug. Once again thank you so much to attending to him from myself and family.
No thank goodness as I was just reading about that. It was Benzodiazepines. He only had that and a daily prescription he takes show up in his test at the hospital. Unfortunately he didn't wake up unitl several hours after the game so no idea what happened to the guy who gave him the beer or if he even hung around for remainder of game after halftime. He accepted the beer because he though the guy was with the fans/family sitting directly in front of them but now not sure if the guy was with them or not. His cousin was at the concession stand when he got up so when his cousin returned he thought my son had either gone to the bathroom or to get something to eat/drink himself but became more and more concerned when he never returned nor answered his phone or text messages.

A different LSU fan saw paramedics wheeling a guy away. He saw blood in the bathroom he came from. So he went and posted the only way that could have happened was if a mob of Ole Miss fans attacked him.
Patient lived. The hospital ran a tox screen, found drugs.
When questioned about the drugs he took he told them he would have never knowingly taken any kind of drug, no it had to be a drugged drink.

There were posters on the TR that were saying LSU fans should all attack Ole Miss next year in retaliation. Most of us including me said this doesn’t sound like Ole Miss fans, (bad gump fans maybe. lol) And that I didn’t believe that this kid or guy now was attacked by any Ole Miss fans, let’s chill out and get more info.
The only reason I posted here was the hope that someone in Oxford would know “the rest of the story”, more info on this, etc. Pickel helped with that and now the complete story is mostly known.
I still don’t think this was an intentional move by any ole Miss fan, and have never accused any Ole Miss of ever doing anything like this. I am an Ole Miss fan and alum too and that’s not the Rebel way.
Also, I don’t think anyone involved has said it was even a rebel fan that gave him the beer in question. All that was said was a guy sitting by him. The rest is people starting shite which are also not Ole Miss fans, or many LSU fans.
Even if the beer was spiked why would you give it to someone sitting next to you. The guy isn’t going to be hard to fine. Why would anyone intentionally give a date rape drug to a 36 year old guy at a big SEC game. I think we was likely accidentally drugged.

EMTs were called, the bathroom was closed for a period of time as they cleaned it up etc. People saw him etc and assumed he was in a fight, which his father said there is not evidence of at all. He was taken to the hospital and found to have consumed a large amount of benzodiazepine, and doesn’t remember shite.
When, where, and how he consumed the large amount of benzodiazepine necessary to cause him to black out and have no memory, we don’t know and maybe never will.
But let me go on record and say I do not believe there is any way hell he was intentionally drugged by any Ole Miss fan because he was an LSU fan in that stadium or any stadium. That didn’t fricking happen, any time in the past, present or future. And It never will fricking happen.

If it's even true that some middle-aged man fell in the bathroom and his daddy is furiously posting to TigerRant from his bedside, it's not a story.

Was this assault better or worse than the Bama teabagger in the French Quarter? That was as real as it gets. Luckily the perpetrator was apprehended and arrested.
