Well, it's that or they all died.
Spoiler Alert: Domestic migration numbers say the same thing....so they moved/left.
California and NY also have negative domestic migration numbers, but I'm surprised they showed up in this one because usually they get so many immigrants coming in it makes up for it.

A negative percentage change means the population is shrinking. So folks are either leaving or dying. Either way, they gone.
