Only thing the prevent is good for, it prevents you from winning. Sounds like the numbers should work out, but when Bama players can just push off and cause separation and it not get called, they have to rush more than 2 so they don’t have the opportunity.

Obviously, I overestimated the intellectual capacity of the posters on this board to think and read past the boundaries of their Dothan trailer park. The post has nothing to do the schools themselves and BTW, I don't like either of them, the outcome of the game was not of interest to me.
But, what I saw sure set off an alarm and if you don't think the possibility exists that someone would attempt to illegally manipulate the outcome, you are a fool. It has happened and it will happen with more frequency in the future.
My neighbor is a retired SEC/Big 12 official, he brought this possibility when gambling and sports first got in bed. Pete Rozelle is spinning in his grave.

This is it. This is rock bottom. We need an investigation alright but it needs to be in whatever's in the water in Louisiana that makes people like this.

I’ve said it many times and I’ll say it again:
SEC Officials are rotten to the core.
They are either betting the games or getting the books what they need to profit most.
Did they influence the actual outcome of the IB? Didn’t look like it but who knows what would have been called had the catch not been made.
I personally believe they wanted an Auburn cover and a Bama win. They sure weren’t going to let Bama get up 14-0, that is for damn sure so they did control things in that particular aspect.

So you really believe that Auburn deliberately threw the game by making Milroe throw a 45 yard dime to the back corner of the end zone on 4th down with 40 seconds left in the game? And it’s other people who are mentally challenged?

Show me where I said that Auburn thew the game, did it look suspicious? Yes, did I roll my eyes and laugh? Yes, I have no spies or black helicopters, but I have eyes and what I saw was laughable football, Les Miles level laughable.
I just think college sports are headed down a dangerous path.

This is embarrassing. If you ever played organized sports on any level this is just not plausible. These players and coaches on both sides gave every bit of effort to win this game. Take a lap please.
