I have agreed with you in the past, but you are wrong here. Iowa was the best defense we faced all year, and we had a lot of missing talent from a team that already struggled on offense all season long.

Opt out was poor phrasing, between opt outs, transfer portal and leaving the team they were missing 20 players, Including the starting RB who accounted for almost 1600 yards, 3 starting OL (they lost another in the first Q), 2 starting DL, 2 WR's. The announcers at the game quoted the 20 players altogether. Not a stretch since they have 15 in the portal.
