Kiffin's last win against a team that won nine or more games in the regular season came in 2011. Over his career, he's 1-19 against Power Five opponents who have won at least nine games.

I’ve been telling people that Kiffin is smoke n mirrors, but he is funny and entertaining so everyone buys it.

That's interesting. I just assumed beating Kiffin must be a big deal.

He draws eyes to the TV set and sells tickets for sure. He’s more a brand than a head coach at times TBH.

Do you get sarcasm? Look at the pics. Storming the field after that team did what 18 others have done and only one other has not.

The original pic you posted was of the field storming after the Alabama win and you were talking about Lane Kiffin.

Field stormings look remarkably similar.

It was daylight for the Ole Miss field storming and it was much smaller, probably 30-40% of the crowd, mostly students.

Alabama was a proper field storming.

Okay, I see now it was 2014 before Kiffin but that was an Ole Miss storming. Nevermind. Still, you did storm the field after beating him this past year.

And you've stormed the field twice in 8 seasons after beating Ole Miss.

I think he’s a good coach. Didn’t he just win the most games at Ole Miss since John Vaught? I don’t care how you splice it doing that well with Ole Miss is an achievement

Saban at Alabama has never beaten an Auburn team that won 9 games.

Kiffin can be a revolutionary Head Coach, but it probably won’t be at my alma mater, so hear me out..

The sad truth is, Ole Miss will always be a tier behind some other programs, and he’s probably one of the best coaches we’ll ever get.

My opinion is that if he were the head coach of an Alabama, Georgia, or Ohio States.. of the world (at this point in his career) his coaching strategies would succeed far more than they do at Ole Miss. Those 4th down conversion rates would raise purely on talent.

So imo he’s a good coach who would be great at the right program.

If he was that great a coach he would be at one of those universities right now.

Worse coaches have done more at smaller schools.

Yes, the SEC is tough, but Kiffin could take Ole Miss to the sec title game at least once if he was that good.

Saban is 11-5 against Auburn. If none of those 11 teams even won 9 games, that’s some pretty serious mediocrity on Auburn’s part. Congrats, I guess.

If he has a defense this should be his best team at OM. Walked into no defensive talent. Slowly acquiring enough. We will see.
