Bonus fact:

Bret Bielema had 9 wins or more in 5 of 7 seasons at Wisconsin. At Illinois he has had 9 wins or more in 2 of his 5 seasons at Illinois.

At Arkansas he had zero 9 win or better seasons in his 5 seasons at Arkansas.

Indiana has a lot more money than Arkansas.

The decline in population of Arkansas delta counties and also in Southern Arkansas.

Not enough money so the shift has been in basketball.
