2019 LSU is npt in the same league as 2001 Miami, or 1995 Nebraska.
2019 LSU is not in the same league as this Indiana team.
Is that why all the guys, who make much more than you, know more about football than you, and are getting paid to watch and comment on this game, are using 2019 LSU as the measuring stick and not any of the others?

I wonder how many of those SEC teams were overrated as hell due to the SEC bias which greatly inflated their rankings lol
Leave it to an Ohio State loser to make the dumbest post on the thread.

No, I was pointing out to the other LSU idiot, that you are not the measuring stick. You are not in that league.
2001 Miami and 1995 Nebraska are the standard.

I think I will take the opinion of the guys who make much more money than you to know much more about this very subject than you do.
I mean, it is either the experts, or some loadmouth idiot on a message board.
I am good with the experts.

They're a great team, but not a greatest of all time team, and that is ok. Nowhere near 2001 Miami, 1995 Nebraska or 2019 LSU type teams.
Not sure if this is just stupidity, insecurity, or denial.

LSU 2019 would have murdered any of the top teams this year...talent is absolutely lacking in this class. I think what Indiana's season shows is how far the fundamentals of blocking, tackling, and playing assignment football have slipped in top programs since NIL. Many of these players are basically going through the motion and couldn't care less about winning, unless it affects their bottomline. It's more about the tik-tok post, podcasts, one's brand or other social media junk. The players are fat, out-of-shape, and unable to go a play or two without committing a penalty...totally undisciplined. Honestly, NCAA football & the NFL have become pretty poor products. So, yes, a team that shows a pride, has discipline, and plays complementary football can compete and win against more talented teams...Indiana is clearly demonstrating that. Fortunately, the 2019 LSU team had not only superior talent, but great coaches and players with discipline, attitude, and willpower needed to win the Natty.

Unthinkable? Indiana is not playing Alabama St or Alabama A&M; they are playing a team that just beat three top seven teams with a combined 36-3 record against some of the best teams in the nation. Disrespect their accomplishments at your own risk.

If they beat....rather when they beat Miami....they will definitely be the GOAT.

Asking as we’re being biased, I’ll throw in 2005 Texas, who was undefeated and beat two time defending champ USC, who could have also played with this IU team.
But none of the above had to win 16 games like IU.

I sure wish Oklahoma had receivers like Indiana.
Those guys were turned around every which way and making contested catches all night.
They deserve a piece of that Heisman.

While I completely agree with the Burrow take, as he took the football world by storm, this has to be one of the most complete teams we all have seen in awhile.
