UGA has a higher SAT / GPA average, so no, UF is objectively not a “better” school just because you said so.
Likewise, as a Florida native, I’ll be the first to admit that there is a reason why it is often the butt of cultural jokes. FL is generally a shitty state. There are a few nice areas (like Palm Beach), but the infamous “Florida Man” reigns supreme in most parts of the state.
