He has Mangino vibes for sure. These coaches sometimes work 100+ hour weeks and live at the office and on fast food and snacks so I hope he leans into some nutrition. He needs to make a lifestyle change, hope he prioritizes his health in 2026

You can tell from some of his mannerisms his blood pressure is through the roof and that combined with his extreme obesity, he is an acute cardiopulmonary event waiting to happen.

I agree. When he walked out of the tunnel my son asked what I thought his shirt size was. I said he has to be 4XL at minimum. Swollen hands, high blood pressure. He needs to drop LBS quickly.

I think Bert's actually slimmed down a bit to pre-Arkansas fatness. Half of his weight gain was alcoholism.
