Then why did it take USCe 64 years to win a game against UA?

Since 1937, USCe has only beaten UA on the field 3 times.

This was bad, but what may be even more embarrassing is that in Holtz's coming out year at Carolina they lost to Mike DuBose's 2000 Alabama team

When you're Stephen Garcia there is no expiration date.

Oh man, I remember getting excited because they mentioned Bama in the USA Today college football preview section... It seemed we'd never be up there with the Miami's, Ohio State's, and Oklahoma's of the world.

Dark times.

Reminds me of the Dennis Rodman doc that was in ESPN
Guy did 40 jager shots

Next day came back and had 20 rebounds

I almost forgot that Alabama was a shite team back in the day.

If I recall, Alabama has won at least 1 conference title in every single decade dating back to the 20s. They didn't have one from 2000-2008. They won their 1st under Saban in 2009 to keep the streak alive.
