If ever a team SHOULD do everything it can to win (i.e.'desperate,') I would say it is in the finals

Imagine being so desperate for a title that you let a guy throw 120+ pitches
My son threw 95 in a big 16u national in Jupiter FL last week. If 120 pitches freaks you out when a 20yrold+ D1 throws ~25 more than a 16 year old in the CWS final series - for a NATTY- you are either a Gayter or some rules Nazi on your local LL governing board
