Yeah... Don't be. This game will be similar to the Kentucky game for LSU, simply because the Florida offense is going to be really bad with a freshman QB in death valley.

Yes, Spencer did tweek a hammy but we have a stable of quality backs to pull the slack.

I hope Drac has been sufficiently stroked, now.

Dude, you worry about every game, I can understand that most seasons, but we've won every game by double digit points. Relax.

Florida is going to play their guts out. No doubt. But, it won't be enough.

It WILL be closer than the Alabama game because of Florida's desperation and having a week to adjust for the frosh QB. But, LSU will win.

You won't be able to take anything away from this game at all. It will be one of those SEC games that will be closer than it should be for whatever reason.

Spencer Ware tweaked his hamstring against UK. He is still expected to play but those kind of injures almost always take a full week or two to heal. If he isn't his normal self we lose a lot not just as a back but also as a pass blocker (He's much better than Ford).

Les said yesterday the Ware-Wolf could have returned against UK if he was needed. He'll be ready to go against the gators.

Looks a LOT more likely now than it did last week. Bama took out their starting QB, no telling how they'll look injury wise after LSU. AU catches them after playing the two best teams in the country. I could easily see AU winning.

Yes, they will play much tougher against LSU than they did against Bama. The refs hate LSU, too.

Of course the primary reason the game should be closer is that CW has the whole week to prepare his young QB's. Florida has loads of talents and obviously caught a dose of bad breaks against the Tide. That's what I would not count on happening two weeks in a row. Look for a war; at least for three quarters.

Except for the injury to Brantley and the fact that we're the home team this time, that's almost exactly the situation they were in last year when we played them. I would think that both of those differences would favor us more than them.

My biggest worry about Florida isn't even about Florida. It's about our team's potential overconfidence. This game has some similarities to the 2003 game, so I hope our team shows up better than the 2003 team did in that one.

You're making a lot more out of this game than there's to it. UF is going to roll a TR FR out for his 1st start in Death Valley. Granted, last time UF started a TR FR in Death Valley, they won, but the other TR FR had EXPERIENCE. Driskel has none. Score will be 30ish to 15ish IMO. Only because the UF/LSU game tends to be close each year.

Plug and play baby! Not saying that if Ware is tweaked up a little it will not hurt us. But, the way that Ford runs and the way Blue is running and we still have Magee, Hillard,Gore not worried about the RB spot at all the deck is stacked. Hell if we lose all of them, put in TM7

I expect a close, low-scoring game. If I had to put money on it, I'd go with LSU, but I think LSU fans are going to be sweating it next saturday.

I'm worried about Florida also. I am worried that they are going to hurt our SOS after we beat up on them they may lose the rest of their games.

For a while. Then mid 3rd and into the 4th, we start pulling away just like in all of the previous games. The wear and tear on Florida will be to much late in the game.
