Your school is in the worst position right now! no one wants to be the next one fired after 2 or less years. It is a risky job for anyone to take. Hard division to compete with 3 top 10 teams and possible 4 top 15 with Texas A&M added. Fisher is going to get his team ready next year and beyond. That is scary!

Your school is in the worst position right now! no one wants to be the next one fired after 2 or less years. It is a risky job for anyone to take. Hard division to compete with 3 top 10 teams and possible 4 top 15 with Texas A&M added. Fisher is going to get his team ready next year and beyond. That is scary!
You will catch hell from the corndoggers for mentioning anything positive about A&M!
Maybe they will add spelling to the curriculum over there judging from the corndog grammar on this board. But then again it seems inhaling all that processed yankee excrement from the Mississippi River has irrevocably screwed up their thought processes.
Back on point. Arkie is a jacked up hot mess right now. The answer is either hiring a fast talking recruiter (again) or hiring a HC that does something way different with inferior talent. There's a couple of those offensive systems. Triple Option & Air Raid.
Hiring a fast rising program builder is off the table for UA. That program has become Chernobyl grade unstable.
