He is just a coonass who doesn't know how to run an elite football program. He needs to go coach a JV team somewhere in New Orleans, not be the head coach at LSU.
I gotta give State some credit. They're no slouch and Mullen is a good coach, but there is no excuse in the world to lose to them by 30. A competitive loss is one thing, but this was unacceptable. I heard from LSU fans all offseason we were somehow a better defense and a better overall team. Where did that stupidity come from? We lost many seniors and 1st round picks from the defense.

Don't blame YawYaw, blame our AD. He specifically told him his coaching style is to hire great coordinators and not do anything else. YawYaw is basically a recruiting coordinator who does press conferences.

Yaw Yaw didn't call the plays for the offense or tell the D-line to try a new strategy of getting blocked back 5yds before giving a shite.
I'm not a huge Yaw Yaw fan either but the AD is LSUs problem.
And I'm pretty sure that everyone who is bitching about the coach and this team.... will still be outside tiger stadium partying or inside in the seats. So they can STFU.

In his defense, he was only HC AT USC for eight games and he did have a winning record.
