Cal wasn’t producing here either anymore. But Pope likely isn’t the answer and a new hire will need to be made after next season.
I think y'all were initially happy to see Cal go. I also think you thought you were going to get the pick of the litter after he left, which obviously didn't happen. I wonder how UK fans truly feel now.

Again, Pope may not be the answer. But y’all DESPERATELY want us to beg for a guy back who had an atrocious 5 year stretch before he left. With a lifetime contract buyout that we were spared by him leaving for another school.
No, he’s not wanted back. And as a program where 5 different coaches have won NCs, we’ll be alright. If nothing else Cal leaving made it easier for us to move on from Pope if we need to after next season. And Arkansas seems pleased with him.
