1. All UGA players have to wear number 39 this season and 40 next season. And so on...... In honor of how many years it's been since they won a Natty.
2. And all the players have to get a Mark Davis haircut, just like Kirby.

5 games a season for every team decided by an independent formula that guarantees a certain number of P5 inter-conference games. Teams with winning records the previous season must play at least one ten win team and no more than 2 teams below 500.

Allow each team to challenge a certain number of plays regardless of the play or the call. No "unchallengable calls". Even if a penalty is not called, it can be challenged.

One of the dumbest rules in FB that needs to changed:
When a fumble goes forward into the end zone and then goes out of bounds (side or back of the end zone), it should not be ruled a touchback. The offense should retain possession at the point where the ball carrier lost contol of the football. The defense should have to recover the ball in the end zone for it to be a touchback.

You know , I’ve always thought so too... but recently I’ve heard a restriction suggested of Ranked in top 12-15 ... which should apply to any conf champion imo... just in case you have some 7-5 team(FSU) play and win their conference one year.

There should be no such thing as automatic first down penalties.

The reason , I think, it was implemented was to keep offensive players basically finger tipping the ball to the goal line...
I like the fact if you lose control and it goes out of the end zone you lose the ball.

Any play that ends with a dead ball in the end zone results in a change of possession.

Keep playoff at 4 teams but bring back BCS selection procedure. Never should have been eliminated.
