Aggy or UTrans since they’re headquartered in Texas.

20 years is a long damn agreement. Could be a good or bad thing. The way CFB is growing could be undervalued

I think you mean to say with the amount of inflation that goes on because college football isn't growing at all.

Am I missing something? That number is the revenue share settlement from House vs. NCAA, it's not exclusive to Tennessee the way the Pilot sponsorship is.

Another way for Hazlam to get his paws in the university.
The Haslam family no longer owns Pilot. It is owned by Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffett).
Big Jim Haslam played on Neyland's 1951 NC team. He is a true Volunteeer.
Over the years years he has donated nine figures to left of the decimal to Tennessee. He donated $41 million in one year alone. He does not have to come up with another way to "get his paws in the university".
Jimmy Haslam was the control freak. His power was greatly reduced after the Schiano fiasco. Don't get me wrong, the Haslam family still donates an immense amout of money to UT, and with those funds come power. Think NIL, new facilities, and buyouts when needed.

20 years is too long. They should’ve done much less but I assume that’s how they got away with things being as subtle as they are. In 10 years this deal will probably be minuscule compared to some others.

Pilot revenue was $46 billion dollars.

Too bad they can’t spend some of that money on cleaning their bathrooms.

I like the way they did that. The AD whores are gonna all do this before too long to keep up the arms race so you might as well have a good strategy for it. This is about as good as a school can hope for.
