No it is not, you can absolutely refuse to answer, ignore or lie to the NCAA, you cannot with the FBI unless you are a democrat.
LSU will fully cooperate as a voluntary member institution of the NCAA. LSU has always cooperated with the NCAA in an exemplary fashion because LSU Compliance is top notch.

This is all true. To the point that is has hindered LSU in the past. The don't even do stuff that is a gray area that other schools do and get away with. I fully expect Alleva and Bo Bahnsen to throw will wade under the bus.
