They will want Oklahoma in their pod and I don’t think the SEC would put A&M, tu, and OU all together.
A&M’s pod would probably be with LSU and the Mississippi schools.

Can't fault LSU for being geographically aligned with Arkansas, Ole and State.
If you don't do it geographically its a huge cop out that should be talked about for forever.
If a state has two SEC teams in it and they aren't in the closest alignment possible it is a shite look in my opinion.
I really don't want pods, I want east/west with MS/AL stateline being the divider.

Sec WEST:
LSU
OU
Texas
AM
Ark
Ole
State
Mizzou
Sec EAST:
Florida
Georgia
Bama
Aub
SoCar
Kentucky
Vandy
Tenn
Play your 7 division teams each year, rotate 2 from other division. Then have 3 other games to schedule as you'd like: cupcake, instate, traditional non conference rival, opening week neutral site game, etc.

College Station is 170 miles closer to Baton Rouge than Fayettnam.
And the rest of the SEC would bitch and moan incessantly about LSU having such an easy pod if they were with Arkansas, and the Miss schools. (And yes I understand the irony of that statement since we lost to all three of them this year.)

It's a moot question. But, we love being in the SEC. My Longhorn friends are quite apprehensive of the move...hopefully they don't have a Johnny to help the transition like we did.
