This is one of the reasons I love the SEC. No fanbase can melt as good and be as funny as the Vols.

Back to back 9 win seasons and you're ready to pull the plug on Butch?

Did Tennessee not learn its lesson after running Fulmer out of town?

Well Butch should be available when LSU decides they’re done with O. Hell, Fulmer will be as well.

I will draw giant dicks all over the cars and houses of every major UT booster.

I'm Talking GIGANTIC SIZE DICKS, WITH BALLS.

I feel like there is some massive SEC conspiracy to convince VOLS to hire Bobo. That clown has less skins on the wall than Lyle.

@ OP, we have one of the dumbest, most loyal fan bases in the country. The rednecks would rally behind any of the duds you listed.

You have to take pics and post them here. It's a requirement.

What are you talking about? Butch might not be going anywhere.

Would be a hell of a hire IMO. He made Rutgers a winning school for goodness sakes.

Edit: And I'm rooting for UT to get back. It's good for Auburn when both teams are beating up on Bama and thUGA.

He knows he's back if he wins out. Heck, he's probably back if he goes 4-1 if the 1 is LSU.

I have a strong feeling that Kelly is pulling an Urban Meyer and waiting for a dream job or a perfect situation to open up. Money will have little influence on his next coaching destination.

Note to UT fans: Nobody's dream job is "UT" except maybe Tee Martin.

Just listen to Hyams on Sunday morning and you'll realize this. All are non athletes that have no football IQ. Hillary Clinton could be hired as the next coach and they'd support her.

If Tenn. is serious about getting the best coach, they should consult with Joe Alleva.

I fully expect UT to make an effort to get someone like Kelly or Gruden, but then settle for promoting Hoke.

He could win every game by double digits and he wouldn’t be back.

You don’t actually believe Currie is undecided on Butch, do you?

He 100% took this job with the expectation that he would be hiring the new coach.

People actually believe this?

Maybe I give this board entirely too much credit.
