How was Bama worn out?
They weren't. Dabo had a better game plan. Clemson tackled better, blocked better, executed better, and found mismatches in their favor. These are the real reasons why Clemson won.

This is what sec flag wavers do to make themselves feel better. About what??? I’m not sure. But it’s like CNN.... just say stuff, doesn’t have to be true. Just say it....

Kinda like UGa fans repeating this is our year?
VT and Miami aren’t even close.

This is the strange world we live in where a national championship game appearance and finishing #5 just outside the CFP rankings is somehow "not our year"... I'm quite pleased with the direction of our program in general. Anyone claiming that they know they'll win the natty in a given year is full of shite. A lot has to go right to win.
So no... There's nothing terribly similar between UGA's status over the past decade and Miami or Va Tech's... neither program has been able to achieve consistent success since joining the ACC... if anything it would seem that they're bringing the average down at present.

Miami's lack of success since joining the ACC is one of the most puzzling aspects of college football.
The Coastal and Atlantic divisions were designed specifically for FSU and Miami to meet in the championship. Miami hasn't won one title since joining the League.
Every year Miami gets hyped as the team to beat. As others have noted, I'll believe it when I see it.
