There is no BBQ in the world that can beat Tx beef ribs with a solid pepper bark

Archibalds BBQ in Tuscaloosa is the best damn BBQ joint in the country.

Memphis and nothing even comes close.......for sweet BBQ.
Tangy BBQ goes to Carolina.
BBQ types vary, so Memphis versus Carolina is apples to oranges.
As far as Texas BBQ. Hey, its good but I'm not a fan of that genre.

Eastern North Carolina barbecue is the superior form of barbecue, so I guess ECU takes the title.

They're all pretty good to me- just as long as I'm not the one inhaling smoke all day....

Im from Texas, I was stationed in Missouri and live in Alabama ever since I graduated from Auburn. I've had every BBQ style there is and I assure you nothing will ever beat beef brisket from the salt lick in Austin, TX. Missouri has damn good BBQ as well.

You're GD right!!! No jolly rancher ribs please. And no, I would not like a peanut butter and jelly pulled pork sandwich.

Everyone knows Missouri BBQ is the best in the nation, just ahead of Texas BBQ.
