If not for Arkansas ,A&M would have been the 1975 National Champ

1975 Texas A&M vs Arkansas Ohio State wound up losing to UCLA in the Rose Bowl. A&M would have probably won the Cotton. 1975 is still a way back, but not as long as 1939.

Aggies dickride Alabama for a decade then get all pissed if someone else brings up a game they're involved in.
Seems hypocritical to me

Good stuff. Didn't know that.

It’s both hilarious and sad that LSU is so bad at football they are living vicariously through the Razorbacks.

only dick riding I have seen lately is LSU fans over Texas

Interesting take. Less than two years ago LSU was the National Champion. As bad as LSU was last year we still beat Arkansas in Fayetteville.
So how bad is Arkansas?

You should feel proud, you're carrying the weight of two programs this year

Doesn’t make what I said any less true. Bless your hearts.

I've never understood the Aggie stance that LSU would dickride Texas, there's literally no reason to.
I think it's just Battered Aggie Syndrome over the two schools who trigger you the most.

Since it appears to be a lost season for LSU, I am enjoying Ole Miss and Arkansas being relevant again.

HOG92,
Let go of your hatred of LSU and maybe they'll quit chirping.

I don’t hate LSU. Let them dickride all they want.

Little tyke Harry Rex was there. North end zone.
Ate at Casa Bonita afterward
We kicked Ed Simonini's and Bubba Beans' arse
and we whipped Georgia in Cotton Bowl weeks later

I was not alive for this one, though my Dad says this probably was the most disappointing A&M loss of his lifetime. A&M defense was dominant all year, I believe starting QB was hurt for this game, and also the game had been moved from earlier in the season due to TV. Ended up being a week after beating a top-5 Texas team. A storm of all the wrong things at the wrong time.

I pretty much believe we would have won the NC.
Another “if” moment for my Ags…
One of the worst days of my life. The Hogs really did a number on us.

I remember that team. I remember the QB was pretty pedestrian but they had George Woodard who weighed 260 lbs at fullback (Would be about like 285 lbs) today and a really good running back named Bubba Bean.
