yea, he's averaging 5.1 a carry in the SECw. He'll certainly be in the preseason Heisman discussion, at least.

Sorry LF not living up to the hype tickles me.

He has absolutely lived up to the hype.

Not sure how that's shtick.

It's not, it's idiocy and unawareness.

It was just a simple question...no flame...any time another team ask a question about LSU the Rant will consider it a flame or a troll.

There won't be any melt. I don't know why any fanbase would expect one. Even if he doesn't reach 1000 yards, he will come close. He was in a running back rotation with other backs. Les doesn't ride one back heavily. But that might change in the next few years.

Yeah, less than 100 yards away from 1000 yds in the SEC as a 19 year old is considered overhyped these days....Where do these dumb fricks come from?

To be fair, have you seen our board since the Mississippi State loss? The question wasn't that far out of bounds

It's embarrasing to see our fan base go nuclear when prior to the season almost errybody was predicting 3 or 4 losses. We should be laughing at other teams that actually had national championship expectations that have been absolutely slaughtered in the last month and a half, but it's hard to do it when we have so many idiots.

Only unreasonable LSU fans believed he would contend for the Heisman as a FR. Most of us (myself included) predicted around 150 touches for 800 yards. So he has absolutely lived up to the hype of non-retards.

Now, only sad, delusional opposing fans would cling to the minority of LSU fans that claimed he would win the heisman this year, and use that to troll constantly. This sad, delusional contingent would also claim that close to 1000 yards at 5.1 per carry is mediocre for a freshman RB in the toughest division in the country.

I guess we know where you fall here.

I'm amazed at all of you. I went ahead and ran the numbers for you shite head LSU fans:

Yeldons freshman season: 1,108 on 154 attempts with 12 TDs

Fournette: 891 yards on 176 attempts with 8 TDs (one game left to play)

Yeah, Fournette's freshman season looks right on track to be better than Yeldon's. Let's hope fournette gets 218 yards and 5 TDs in the bowl game.... ha.

And that was running behind a future Offensive Rookie of the year Eddie Lacy....Fournette has started at least 4/5 games.

none of this matters at all. carries is all that matters.

Based on statistics though i wont argue LF's freshman year over Yeldon's.

Is there where I should brag about "getting you"?

quote:

The old "I know you are but what am I."

I don't think you know what this means. Ex: if you accused me of being a troll, and I said 'uh uh, you're the troll!!1" then this would fit.

Ya see, a good troll is when people don't realize you're trolling. Ex(I know you need these): Opinions on politics, sports teams, muscial taste, etc..

when posters recognize your appellation, then it completely ruins your ability to troll effectively. In other words, create a new handle if you want to be effective. Otherwise you're just flaming.

175 attempts, but it was still impressive. Especially for mop up duty.
