Good point.

Since you are new to the thread... the context was regular season.

Why would the context be regular season when we're talking about 15-0?

That's pretty dumb.

And the thread is about best 15-0 teams, not "how can I gerrymander a regular season to make an argument."

I don't think there is one reasonable nuetral fan that would pick UGA to beat 2019 LSU.

That's just dumb. NFL teams can't beat burrow and chase alone. Let alone with Justin Jefferson. You're going to die on that hill my friend.

Vegas says LSU would be favored over 2021 team by 7 and 2022 team by 9 so there’s that.

Because UGA is still playing

Still... LSUs margin of victory for all games against ranked opponents was 15.4 points.

UGAs margin against all ranked opponents is 21.1 points.

Anything else since you are new here?

They also barely beat unranked Missouri and UK and got lucky to make it to the championship.

Meanwhile, LSU steamrolled their last 3 opponents by an average margin of victory of 26 points, who all finished in the top 7.

Your delusion is amusing.

It would be close with 2018 Clemson, but I would give 2022 UGA the edge.

Since you are new here, UGA has a better margin of victory for all games than LSU had in 2019.

Corndogs don't know when to give up.
The deeper this thing digs in, the more 2019 LSU loses.

Call me when 2019 LSU comes off a national title, loses 15 picks to the NFL, and then turns around and goes 15-0 for a back to back

They'd have to move to the SEC East for this to happen. The West is far too tough.

Best team in west in 2022 would be fighting for 3rd in SEC East…

LSU margin of victory: 26.5
UGA margin of victory: 24.6

OOOOF

ETA: Your erroneous statement can become accurate if UGA wins by 55+ tonight.

They were lucky to win a game they led the entire time

I’ll admit the UGA fan in here claiming this year’s Georgia team would beat LSU and Alabama’s NC winning teams by 35 is giving you a money for most braindead takes though

The Bama game? Where LSU never trailed, led by 20 at half, led by 12 at the start of the 4th, led by 12 with 4 minutes to play, and knelt on the ball to ice the game?

That was luck?

LSU played shitty defense

To be the best you need to be rank high in O and D and they weren’t.

Maybe they are considered one of the best O’s ever

You would think this would be easy considering he believes this year’s Georgia team is 5 touchdowns better than undefeated title-winning LSU and Alabama teams, but he somehow magically believes Georgia is only 3 touchdowns better than non-conference winning TCU
