Since there’s a lot of Clemson posters here with SEC penis envy, figured I would give this a go.

Won’t ever happen , but with the amount of whining Dabo does, I could see him campaigning to move to a more respected conference. On the other hand, a part of me thinks he wouldn’t want to give up his high school schedule and actually play a grueling SEC schedule. All his talk is for show, and player motivation. I can’t help but think they would fall into irrelevancy within a few years of joining and recruiting against the cream of the crop. They would put together a few good seasons and maybe make it to Atlanta a time or two, especially if they were in the east. They give me a real SJW Missouri vibe. I would be fine with a 1 for 1 swap with Mizzou, or even A&M. Let’s be honest, they bring the conference down.

What is Dabo’s record Versus SEC?

I’m curious.

I think he lost to Auburn in 2010, beat us in 2011,2012,2016 and 2017.

He’s even with Alabama at 2-2.

Seems like he beat USC several times.

Beat LSU in Peach bowl.

Beat USC in 2008 and 2014-2019. Lost to USC from 2009-2013.

I would have to look it up. I’m sure it’s pretty good. But throw in an entire season of big boy football and you gotta think that it would play a role.

He’s a good coach.

They’ve got good talent.

So does Ohio State.

LSU has a talented and well coached team.

I’m not sure running Clemson down elevates the SEC

What would Clempson have to gain by moving to the SEC? Dabo certainly would never lobby for it and I don’t blame him.

Clemons won’t leave the cushy ACC. I mean, they enjoy taking it anally in every other sport to their conference counterparts besides football. It fits dumbo swiney

If college football was less about money, and more tradition, imo FSU and Clemson should’ve been the last schools added to the SEC. They already have rivals in the SEC, along with big football programs within the actual South East United States.

Why should Mizzou be in? They dont fit in geographically, they dont have the traditions of many of the traditional SEC schools, and they dont seem to have the fan base either. I currently live in Missouri and college football is basically not even talked about.

Exactly. I wasn’t really trying to shite on Mizzou but these are facts. They just aren’t like the rest.

He'd pull a Bobby Bowden 1992 and duck the SEC so he could keep on with that basketball schedule.

South Carolina doesn't really count for the SEC. Neither does Arkansas.

Most of that is true, but we bring greens to the SEC with the only major school in a state with over 6 million in it. It's financial and can't believe people still don't get this.

That’s murderers row compared to the ACC. Not sure why you chose to leave out the strong teams. Didn’t fit your narrative ?
