Jordan Davis will disappear in the NFL because everyone is big and strong. He's also not an every down player.

Performance in the NFL in the future shouldn't impact whether or not they get an award, and I think you're discounting Jordan Davis' future a bit because I think he will probably go to a team like the Patriots or Ravens that will use him how hes supposed to be used. That said, he shouldn't have been winning awards this year.

As to your comment, I’m so glad that he was able to have such a huge impact on the game. I’m glad he led y’all to victory and a dominant defensive performance.

That’s right. He’s a great traditional NT. He will have a home with a team still running 2-gap 34 defense base in the NFL.
He should not have been awarded some of these trophies but he became the face of a great team defense.
