My guess is that under that scenario the league will name both teams co-champions with Bama getting the #1 seed in the SEC tournament.
Definitely no fault of Arkansas, but I don't think so, not the way it's written, although there is nothing I could find about how postponed games affect the calculation of the winning percentage. (There may be a COVID clause attached somewhere, but it's not clear if there is.)

Bama 14-4 and Arkansas 13-4? No co-champions, Bama would be champions by percentage. Happens occasionally in SEC Baseball because baseball games are cancelled more often. 20-10 beats 19-10.
You certainly can't assume Arkansas would win that one game and give them a win they didn't play.
