I think LSU does. Their defense is really good, and if Nett plays like he does now in our game, we loss by 20. He missed on a lot of easy deep balls I don't think he misses again. Granted, A&M is firing on all cylinders, and we've gotten a LOT better, but I still think LSU wins. It would be a whole hell of a lot closer and LSU wouldn't shut Johnny down with some "blue print".

Look, I've been on this board for a long time... if you're going to make a blanket statement about a fanbase, just realize that this website, and particularly the Tiger Rant, isn't known for being candid and logical. LSU fans are just bad as A&M fans, maybe even worse in some ways. LSU fans, when talking about a rematch or the BCS selection process, refuse to even acknowledge that A&M would have a chance to beat them or get selected over them. You guys are the ones being hypocritical in this situation...

There is no hypocrisy in my statement in saying that LSU would beat A&M AGAIN.

What are you, 22?

Texas fans are right about Aggies. Ridiculous.

It's sad that LSU fans feel the need to throw this comment out there. LSU isn't exactly known for having the most logical of fan bases.

It's hypocritical that you would call A&M's fans hypocritical. The same arguments used by A&M fans to justify why they would win a rematch are used by LSU fans on here all the time. Don't act like your fanbase is better than others when it comes to this.

Aggie logic - "We don't turn the ball over against LSU we win. I'm glad Tj Yeldon fumbled and Aj threw a pick in the endzone. Great defense"

LSU. We know how to contain Manziel, and the offense is clicking, line is improved.

Seriously though, if aTm was a worse team the next go around, and LSU was a better team, I'd have to put my money on LSU

That's a really tough decision though.

Better yet, if LSU decided to play their second string D, and aTm played their 1st string O, I'd venture to guess that aTm would win.

But again, it's too tough to call. Can I phone a friend?

Adding on to that with "If only we had scored more points than the other team, we would've won"

And let's get this straight, LSU fans aren't delusional and hypocritical; we are delusional and hypercritical...get it right

Pick 'em at a neutral site or @ Kyle.
Swamp Kitties favored @ death valley (not the one in Clemson SC)

LSU is playing better on offense. A&M will play better on offense vs. lsu as well.

I thought about it for a few minutes and decided that the only way aTm wins this hypothetical game is if they throw/run for more yards and TD's and play better defense and special teams.

LSU pretty easily. Our offense has improved greatly, and we learned how to shut down JFF after the first quarter. I also think we would beat UF in a rematch. I think Bama wins in a rematch, however, because they would no longer be thinking "LSU knows how to pass???" and trying to adjust on the fly for most of the game. LSU vs Bama would still be a good game though

I agree with all of this.

LSU has a much better coaching staff than A&M is the biggest factor.

A&M came out hot against 'Bama and LSU (they do so against everyone) and got up 20-0 and 9-0. The difference was LSU was able to hold A&M to FGs and 'Bama wasn't.

Both teams made adjustments and out scored A&M 48-19 after the first quarter.

Overall depth also contributing to this result.

LSU has had 5 different starting offensive lines through ten games, but has had the same one for the last four games. A time in which LSU has unquestionably played its best football.

LSU would win, IMO.

easy, LSU.

Our defense is better than Bama's (LSU dominated line of scrimmage, Johnny lost his mind)
Our offense is better now (LSU's offense had no issues just running it thru A&M's soft DLine)

Any other answer is delusion at it's finest.

I know A&M thinks they are the new Prince of the College Football Kingdom and all, but they soon forget how LSU dominated the box scores at Kyle Stadium.

I think simply limiting turnovers like they did against Bama would go a long way towards A&M winning a rematch. Both teams have improved since the first game. LSU's offense would be better and A&M's offense probably wouldn't get completely shut down for a large portion of the game like last time. Both teams are playing their best right now, so it would probably be a great game regardless of who won.
