Just trying to have fun in another useless thread. Lacy is a good hire for bama. But were not going to miss a beat without him. Were simply stacked at RB and he would be splitting carries throughout his whole career at lsu.

Exactly. Who cares if he threw a touchdown on a trick play? So did Marquise Maze.

lol you just said that he rushed for 86 yards on 5 carries and 2 tds. Still more than what Ware has done.

pretty comparable imo. Have to imagine that Lacy's YPC averages out with more carries

People who like results... I guess nobody would want Josh Jasper either bc who cares if a punter can consistently get first down and win games.

I dont know what you are trying to argue, I never said no one wanted Ware.

I'd rather have Lacy.

You'd take Lacy and his 4.7-4.8 speed, 220 lbs, no break away threat. Definition of a short yardage back...

Over a feature back like Ware Who would Lacy beat out for PT? Ware? No chance. Ford? Perhaps. But he's 3rd string.. at best, from what it looks like. So for him taking away 3rd/4th string snaps.

I know you can't handle Bama players being worse than LSU players, it's a mental issue I suppose. Trent is better than Ware right now from what we've seen.. but Lacy? Cmon now. He's going to get beaten out by a true freshman/Fowler if he doesn't watch it.

Facts are that Lacy and Ware are separated by the same type of talent-gap that separates Richardson and Lacy. Lacy is like a slower Ridley with a better spin-move.

You continue to post nonsense.

*Edit* I thought you were someone else for a minute. So maybe you just started posting nonsense.

Your whole argument is based on this and it's not even true.

You fail.

If any of this was true, then you'd have a point.

You have no argument though. I have just as much of an argument for Lacy as you do with Ware.

Why do you keep making stuff up?

Nothing that I have seen has indicated this. And why do you keep talking about Lacy's speed? You do realize that Lacy is faster than Ware, right? Obviously not.

Yeah Lacy is faster than Ware, although I do believe Ware is faster than his measured 40 time indicates. Eyeballing it, seems to me Ware runs in the 4.6 range in games. And that is an aggressive 4.6, too, so it works for him.

Surprised the piggies haven't stormed in yet and hijacked the thread about kniles davis.

Why is everybody getting defensive? It is only the spring game. For all we know ware and lacy can go down with season ending injuries in fall practice and wont play a down

Players never have grade issues at bama. Such a fine school that can just turn a dumb kid into a honor student. how they do it is beyond my inadequate mental capacity.

Ask some of the auburn fans how they do it

i could say the same thing about Jefferson, he had an 83 yard touchdown run. That doesn't make it true

You insinuated that nobody cares about trick plays. The point was when people successfully and consecutively pull positive results out of trick plays then people tend to care about them.
