That's pretty vague. I "could" start at qb for an NFL team, but "would" any NFL team make me the starter? Hell no. Cause there's a lockout. And also, I would suck.

Now, if you say "we have four RBs that WOULD start for any team in the country" that would be impressive.

And a lie, and really, really funny.

Lacy wouldnt get pt at LSU

I am a huge LSU fan would still have to disagree with this. Miles wanted Lacy, but we all know about the grades, etc. so Miles had to assure he had a RB that class that would be able to contribute.

you obviously didn't watch the LSU spring game

I admittedly didn't watch the LSU spring game, but I wouldn't base all of your hopes and dreams on it. Brandon Gibson exploded for like 150 receiving yards in last year's A-Day game but hardly ever saw the field during the season. I'm sure Ware is pretty good, even though I haven't seen him, but just don't 100% judge a player by what he does in a spring game.

well said. MANY on here would agree if they would be honest with themselves.

You would be hard pressed to find a more pro-LSU school than Dutchtown High School. But when a guy doesn't have his shite in order, sometimes as a staff you have to slow-play/pass.You get a plan B. You go out and get a 5 star from Ohio like Spencer Ware or go into Miami and get Jakari Gore.

I think if Lacy does well at bama, LSU fans will be happy for the kid. If he was some kind of superstar at a position we had dire need for and our coach had dropped the ball, or the kid had publically spurned us or something, that might be different.

He looked pretty good. Not sure he'd be able to steal snaps from Ware/Ford/Gore though

I'd like to have him on the goal-line without a doubt though.

Yeah, his performance in one of the highest rated bowls out there against a top-20 team was lack-luster

Ware is a better talent than any running back we've had in a long while. Ford is a pretty good talent too.. not sure what his issues are. We're getting a huge upgrade at the RB spot. I loved Ridley.. but honestly, he wasn't that talented. Hard working and productive.. yes.

I think Lacey is alot like Ridley actually.. and you can do a whole lot worse than that.

Richardson >Ware > Lacy > Whoever your backup is

But seriously, I haven't seen them, but from the sounds of things, LSU is fine at RB. Lacy IS going to be a good RB though.
