What type of discussion are you looking to generate here?

Nah Rodgers in the Pros and Mariota in the College ranks

This is not going to end like he hopes it will.

homerism at its best!
MM will win the Heisman in a landslide. Take away Amari and Bama could still win. Would Oregon but the #2 see without MM?

Cooper is actually more critical to our success IMO.
I don't even care about the Heisman. Overhyped single player award.

Cooper should finish 3rd behind Gordon IMO.

38 TD to 2 INT is insane
you're right, it is. Most QBs can't even amass those numbers during practice scrimmages. To do it at a high level, all year, is incredible.
I'm ok with amari coming in 2nd, but Mariota earned that trophy fair and square.

Cooper over Mariota for the Heisman... you know I like to drink myself but this early in the morning its a bad sign if you are already lit. Unless this is a drunk that carried over from last night. In which case fly on son, fly on.

Take away Cooper, and Bama isn't SEC champs right now.

I don't see how you can honestly think Cooper has had a bigger role in Bama's success than the role Mariota has had in Oregon's success.

If Mariota wins, he will have earned it; has to overcome West Coast, Not SC or Ucla, Disadvantage.

I saw some stat on twitter last night that said Mariota had more total touchdowns by himself (passing/rushing) than like 92 FBS teams had their entire season. That's just absurd.

You're totally out of your mind if you think Oregon wouldn't be in the playoffs without Mariota. That team is easily a 10+ win squad with a 4th stronger in there.
It's obvious the Heisman will once again go to another system QB this year so this thread is pointless.

Winston. No. Doubt.
This Heisman thing has become a clown show.

Winston is terrible this year

Besides having a very good year, Mariota is winning this Heisman the old fashioned way: it will be as much a career achievement award (as it frequently was in the past) as a recognition of this year's outstanding player.

I don't think you've watched bama play much this year.

That's cute. You actually think that matters. Cooper isn't a QB or RB. Therefore, no a snowballs chance in hell.
