Reaction in St. Louis? Zilch, zero, nada

Do realize that most of the people you encountered at the airport probably aren't Missourians?

This isnt a point he was trying to consider

What did you want people to do? Throw piss balloons at you? Poison your luggage?

Sounds like pure disrespect towards Auburn to me. These mizzouites just aren't showing Auburn any respect. They already have the SEC Championship banner hanging in whatever garage they have their pep rallies at.

If you were decked out in Boston gear, I'm sure you'd get a reaction.

For the sake of your fellow passengers, hope you brought deodorant.

Because no one gave you a reaction, that means we believe that we've already won... okay, your right.

& considering that it was an airport which was probably more than 50% travelers and not St.
Louisans, idk what to tell you

For your information the banner is in my garage and it's been there for 3 yrs already. We were smart enough to time our move to the SEC when they were down....mission accomplished!

I don't think many St Louis residents hang out in the airport. I'll bet the people you saw were travelers

Nice try but I live in Springfield and all I've have seen for 2 months is Mizzou gear everywhere. Men, women & kids. Sorry to inform you of this but, Missourians are very excited about Mizzou football and it will only get better in the future with more success.

Barners' thought process doesn't go quite that in depth. See what we have to put up with down here?

I live in St. Louis and to be honest I don't see a whole lot of Mizzou gear. I mean this in as honest a way as I can when I say the rest of the SEC is notorious for people wearing their teams gear around. When I go home I never want to wear a UK shirt because my god everyone has one on. I get a little embarrased because 85% didn't attend the university..... but that is a another issue. I see almost as many Kansas, Illinois, Missouri State and Indiana folks around as I do Mizzou.

And the Cardinals clothing is most definitely a year round thing. Don't let them fool you.

You live in the city if you don't see Mizzou gear. No way you live in the county and not see it.

Yep. They're a weak fanbase without much tradition or pride.
