One of the best things about the SEC is the lack of elitism amongst the fan bases.

Completely speculative and quite frankly, if that is the reason, it’s a stupid reason and seams more fabrication and excuse making.

I told you what would happen when Texas was allowed into the SEC. They’re the biggest POS in college athletics and everywhere they go trouble follows.

Though I agree with you, they are entering uncharted territory for their program. There are enough teams to kick them out if they think they’re going to run the place. They’ve never been in this position before.

Their ace in the hole was the threat of them leaving a conference, this conference would welcome it. They’ll adjust or leave, no one will give shite one way or another. They can be easily replaced.

He wanted to go work with his buddy CDC at a blue blood program. And not have to deal with the bubbles, "ball 5," and deplorable behavior from TAMU fans.

Speaking of LSU, didn’t they just steal Mizzou’s DC?
Coaches aren't allowed a move up? Mizzou and LSU hardly care about each other. A&M to TU at Austin is a lateral move at best, and to a despised rival. Pretty classless on schlossnozzle's part.

I said it as well. Anyone who thought they were gonna "beat that Texas arse" because we're the big bad SEC... let me tell you something. Nobody can defeat the money they have. Nobody.

They're gonna play ball for a few years but when the SEC home office is in Houston or Dallas, don't say I didn't warn you.

Y'all let the snakes right through the front door.

Texas athletics hasn’t been super competitive as a whole in quite a while. You can’t deny Sarkisian’s run last year in the CFP, but that’s one year. They’re not in the Big 12 anymore. Why are people so afraid of a program that hasn’t been relevant on the national stage in 15 years? As good as they have been in their respective years, no one in the SEC was scared to play LSU, Bama, UF, UGA or anyone else. Texas can get it like anyone else.

If Texas is all so powerful, why is it that they could hardly win in the Big 12? Between 2010 and 2022, they’ve been a middle of the pack team in football. One good year and everyone loses their mind.

I think its because Utx has ESPN in their pocket. And ESPN basically runs our conference now due to Sankey's shitty excuse of deal making.

Ehh, I’m not worried about Texas. They are about to get blasted now that they are in a real conference.
